German 1829 - 1899 Ludwig Neustatter was a painter of genre subjects and portraits who was born at Munich on the 5th September 1829. He studied under Peter Lutz at the Academie de Munich and also in Paris. He travelled extensively throughout Europe visiting Naples, Rome and Vienna.
