Ernst Meisel

Ernst Meisel was a painter of genre and historical subjects. He was born on 8 March 1838 at Lichte and died in Munich on 24 September 1895. He was schooled in Germany and was a student of Piloty at Munich, where he exhibited from 1893. The museum of Baden-Baden has a work by the artist.
