David Peele

David Peele was a landscape painter who lived in Barrow-in-Trent, Duffield and Derby. Peele’s landscapes capture perfectly the tranquil, mellow beauty of the English countryside. He is regarded as one of the best 19th Century Birmingham artists, along with David Bates. David Peele exhibited at the Royal Society of Birmingham Artists and the Nottingham Museum and Art Gallery.
